Cancellation, Booking, and Refund Policy
Soul Fulfilling Yoga provides wellness services and curated group wellness experiences on Catalina Island. Because our services involve reserved time, limited availability, and coordination with third-party providers, all bookings are subject to the following policy.
1. Quotes and Booking
All experiences are custom quoted based on group size, experience type, timing, and availability.
A booking is not confirmed until:
- your quote has been accepted, and
- a 50% deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before the reservation start date.
2. Final Payment
Full payment must be received no later than 7 days before the reservation begins.
If final payment is not received by that deadline, Soul Fulfilling Yoga reserves the right to cancel the reservation and retain the deposit at its discretion, especially where planning, scheduling, or third-party arrangements have already been made.
3. Cancellation by Guest
If you cancel more than 7 days before the reservation start date, any refund of the deposit is discretionary and will depend on the nature of the reservation, planning work already completed, and any third-party commitments already made.
If you cancel within 7 days of the reservation start date, the deposit is non-refundable.
If full payment has already been made and the reservation is cancelled within 7 days of the start date, refunds beyond the deposit amount, if any, are discretionary and depend on the specific services, vendors, and circumstances involved.
4. Changes, Rescheduling, and Weather
Soul Fulfilling Yoga offers many experiences in outdoor and nature-based settings. Because of that, weather, ferry operations, ocean conditions, and vendor availability may affect scheduled plans.
If weather or conditions require a change, we will do our best to:
- adjust timing,
- substitute a similar experience,
- move the yoga or meditation portion to a safer or more suitable setting, or
- coordinate an alternate option when reasonably possible.
Refunds for weather-related changes are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Boat Cancellations and Travel Disruptions
Catalina access depends heavily on ferry and transportation conditions. If a guest’s boat reservation is cancelled due to weather or transportation disruption, refunds may be possible depending on the reservation, timing, and third-party provider policies.
Soul Fulfilling Yoga monitors boat schedules closely and will make reasonable efforts to communicate known disruptions as early as possible. However, Soul Fulfilling Yoga is not responsible for ferry cancellations, delays, missed departures, or other third-party travel interruptions.
6. Third-Party Services
Some experiences involve third-party providers, such as water transportation, tours, lodging, or other travel-related services. Soul Fulfilling Yoga is a wellness service provider and may coordinate with trusted partners, but does not guarantee the performance, availability, safety, or actions of third-party providers.
Where payments for travel-related components are processed by a trusted partner or registered travel provider, that provider’s terms may also apply.
7. No Refunds for Unused Services
No refunds will be issued for unused portions of a reservation, missed activities, late arrivals, early departures, or guest decisions not to participate in any scheduled portion of an experience.
